Summary
The competence in health matters implies significant differentiations between the different autonomous communities. Although the General Health Law establishes the legal framework in which the regulations of each of the autonomous communities must be developed, it is true that within these particularities can be visualized. Thanks to this course in Health Legislation of the Regional Community of Navarra, you can know in a detailed way the sanitary care service that is regulated in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, as well as what is the regime of the health personnel, the control established by the Administration, and what are the rights and duties of the users in this autonomous community.
