Technical Course in Cultural Animation Project Management: Expert@ in Physical-Sports and Recreational Animation (Federated)

In the current context, a large part of the companies channel their work through projects. For these to be completed in time and the planned costs, a professionalization of the person in charge of managing and directing a project is necessary. The course offers an approach to the management of cultural animation projects, specializing in physical-sports and recreational animation. The Spanish Fitness Federation accredits only the contents referring to physical activity, any mention to technical-tactical aspects is outside its competences and accreditation.

- Describe the nature of a cultural animation project and its life cycles. - Present the phases of the planning process of a cultural animation project. - Offer the keys of action in the execution phase of a cultural animation project. - Identify and analyze the most used projects and programs models in the field of physical-sports and recreational animation, as well as the types of entities that offer these services and the different types of users, discriminating their characteristics and peculiarities. - Apply prospective analysis techniques obtaining and processing information, data and documents related to a context of intervention in the field of physical-sports and recreational animation, and establish an objective diagnosis of the detected reality. - Apply prospective analysis techniques obtaining and processing information, data and documents related to a context of intervention in the field of physical-sports and recreational animation, and establish an objective diagnosis of the detected reality. - Develop the logistics inherent in physical-sports and recreational animation projects and carry out the efforts for the use of spaces and facilities, as well as the coordination of material and human resources, in accordance with the guidelines expressed in said project. - Determine and apply promotion techniques and strategies, using and/or elaborating effectively the promotional and communication media that allow to achieve the planned objectives of information and participation in a physical-sports and recreational animation project.

This course aims to offer the theoretical and practical bases to plan a sociocultural animation project, an expert in physical-sports and recreational animation and direct its execution, taking into account the possibilities of success or failure. In the same way, it will allow to know the key concepts of project management and control, managing them through the Microsoft Project tool.

Responsible for projects, entrepreneurs, professionals from the business world, project leaders, project chief supervisors. Graduates and students in business. Cultural animation. Any professional who wants to guide their work career in the field of cultural animation project management.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
