UF1921 COURSE OF COLLECTION AND INTERMPLACERICATION

At present, real estate commercial management within the professional area of sale, they need personnel with adequate capabilities to successfully carry out real estate collection and prospecting, deepening aspects such as real estate collection and intermediation techniques.

The objectives that you must achieve with this UF1921 course are the following: - Determine the real estate portfolio applying prospecting techniques and direct marketing actions for the location of real estate in different territories or areas of real estate activity. - Apply real estate collection techniques in cold contact with type -owned customers, in different situations and contexts typical of real estate activity. - Apply negotiation techniques in the collection and definition of conditions of different types of intermediation, sale and rental orders - completing the different models of documents and/or mediation commission contracts, which may occur in real estate collection activities. - Organize information and data from different real estate wallets using archival techniques in conventional and computer support. - Apply network work techniques during the use of existing information in real estate bags other than that of the company itself.

It develops its professional activity, on its own or foreign account, in direct contact with the client or through information and communication technologies, in real estate agencies and construction companies and real estate promoters of the public and private sphere.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the Formative Unit UF1921 Real estate collection and intermediation techniques, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
