UF2721 Course Reading and writing in English Protocols Support for telephone service in an emergency service 112

In the field of safety and environment, it is necessary to know the different fields of emergency care, management and coordination teleperations, within the professional area Security and Prevention. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to receive the call, processing the information, establishing and managing the appropriate response based on the priority and the type of demand, as well as carrying out the monitoring and coordination between the different institutions involved in the emergency management, under the supervision of the sector/supervisor technician, using, in case necessary, the English language.
