Summary
Within the work the existence of an empathic leader and the absence of conflicts transfer an optimal situation for work to the company. The course aims for the student to be aware of the need for the existence of the figure of a leader who adapts to the circumstances and intervention against labor conflicts, because if both issues are taken into account, results of cooperation and good work climate will be obtained.

This course will allow the student to develop the necessary skills that a leader must have to adequately attend to the group of people in charge, as well as to learn to identify and solve conflict situations that occur in the work context.
Who is it addressed to?
To professionals who are in charge of a group of people and wish to deepen the issues of leadership and conflict resolution within the company, as well as anyone who wants to learn new concepts and a new vision of group work and the resolution of labor conflicts.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
