Summary
The current university course in law of new information and communication technologies studies rights in different frameworks such as those related to electronic commerce, the hiring, protection and registration of brands and patents, consumer protection, freedom of expression in advertising, among others. As the main objective, this training seeks to grant students the necessary knowledge about the new technologies and the dangers that it involves, taking into account the main aspects of the right on the so -called ICTs and highlighting that prior knowledge is not necessary to understand the technological impact in the right of this new multidisciplinary framework.
