Summary
This course will study the administrative situations in which public officials can be found during their service in the administration. In addition, the forms of work provision in the Public Administration will be analyzed, regulated in Royal Decree 364/1995, which approves the General Regulations for the Income of Personnel to the Service of the General Administration of the State and the provision of jobs and professional promotion of civil officials of the General State Administration, both ordinary and extraordinary systems. Personal degree and internal promotion will also be subject to study.
