- Describe the different materials necessary in the collection, selection and handling of edible mushrooms and truffles, as well as the general rules for their collection and storage. - Explain sampling protocols, transfer and conservation of the collected material (mushrooms and truffles, plant species and substrates). - List the data to be recorded for collected mushrooms and truffles (kilograms, qualities, among others). - Cite the current applicable regulations, the occupational risk prevention plan and the quality and economic profitability criteria regarding the collection, selection and handling of edible mushrooms and truffles.
He develops his professional activity in the area of production of companies, public and private, both self-employed and employed, dedicated to the production of mushrooms and truffles, mycorrhizal plants and fungal harvesting, depending functionally and hierarchically on a superior and may be in charge of lower-level personnel.
This training conforms to the training itinerary of the Training Unit UF2414 Collection, selection and handling of mushrooms and truffles, certifying having passed the different Competence Units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will opt to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Communities.
