Summary
The entry into force of Royal Decree Law 8/2019, of March 8, on urgent measures for social protection and fighting labor precariousness in the workday, forces all companies regardless of their size or number of workers, to bring a time control in order to ensure compliance with the working hours of workers, as well as reduce precariousness and fraud in labor matters. Given the possible sanctions provided in case of non -compliance with current regulations, the need to have the necessary knowledge to know how to apply time control in the company arises, without the need to hire external services. The present registration course of the working day aims to offer this knowledge.

To prepare you
After completing the present online course of the workday registration you will learn all the procedures, procedures and requirements established by the regulations in force in the field, with which you will train to implement the time control in all types of companies, regardless of the number of employees. In addition, you will know the different applicable systems to materialize said workday record, both manual and computerized. Likewise, you will learn the action protocol before a labor inspection in relation to the time control.
Who is it addressed to?
The registration course of the working day is oriented to professionals and responsible for human resources departments, as well as intermediate and managers that perform these functions in companies without said department, who want to learn how to apply the registration of the working day. Likewise, it addresses all those who have a personal or professional interest in learning everything related to the time control in the company.
Official Character
This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
