Summary

The constant changes in labor legislation make a broad and specific training essential in this area. To do this, the students of the Master in Labor Advice and Labor Law will obtain the training to assume the General Directorate of the Human Resources and Labor Area of an organization. They will be able to control the operational management of all the processes that are related to the administration of the personnel, will assume the responsibility of the strategic decisions adopted within the organization, will manage the work teams optimally in their different aspects and carry out tasks for prevention of occupational hazards and change management. All this with an updated agenda according to current labor legislation and with practical assumptions in all areas covered by labor advice, a personalized tutoring service and custom training according to the needs of each student.

To prepare you

The Master intends to provide the student with the theoretical and practical training necessary to efficiently perform the functions of a labor advisor, payroll technician, labor legislation or occupational risk prevention. The student will learn to apply specific labor legislation within the scope of labor management and labor law, in general, to correctly manage the legal process that entails the hiring and management of personnel.

Who is it addressed to?

Aimed at those who have an equivalent degree or title in labor relations, labor sciences, human resources, law, business administration and management or any degree that wants to strengthen their knowledge in the work area and improve their knowledge in labor law. Also to professionals in the sector who want to expand training in the field of labor legislation.

Official Character

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
