Master in sociocultural animation + university degree

The use of sociocultural animation favors stimulation towards the acquisition of new knowledge and ways of life, towards healthier lifestyles, towards both the physical and psychological balance of the person. Sociocultural animation must provide the person with strategies and mechanisms that favor development, rest, fun, recreation and communication with the environment. The sociocultural animation is diverse, each social group or monitor must have an animation according to its characteristics, that is, each animation must be consistent with the monitor that will do it, therefore, this course wants to offer teachers, teachers, psychologists, etc. The fundamental technical and procedural tools to design and carry out socio -educational intervention projects in this area, also for the management of cultural, leisure and free time programs and in the revitalization of groups and conflict resolution.

- Participate in the design of socio-cultural activities, the campaigns to promote activities, the coordination of work and supervision of the activities carried out. - Acquire all knowledge, procedures and attitudes to work as a sociocultural monitor. - Provide different tools for the development of leisure and free time activities: socio -cultural, sports and outdoor activities attending to the environment in which they are projected, urban and in nature. - Know the methodology that underlies the planning and application of the different activities to be programmed, especially working the definition of specific objectives, the coordination and organization of work and the supervision of activities. - Acquire the necessary knowledge and abilities to master the steps that must be followed in the elaboration of a quality educational and welfare project. - Analyze the anthropological, psychological and sociological factors of the social participation process. - Assess the possibilities of action and involvement in community projects, identifying the potential participants. - Identify and describe the intervention environment where the mediation process is carried out.

The present Master in Sociocultural Animation is aimed at all those teachers of Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education professors, psychologists, pedagogues, psychopedagogues, occupational therapists, gerocultors, technicians in socio -health care, personnel residence personnel and day centers and, in general, any entitled university students interested in performing their professional work in the field of sociocultural animation. Education professionals interested in quality training that allows them to deal with the changing reality of the classrooms and the new competences that are required for the exercise of their profession.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
