Master of Permanent Training in Agile Methodology and Project Management + 60 ECTS credits

Throughout the next master you can know the management of projects with the use of living methodologies, the level of management you have through this training increases. You will acquire the necessary skills and leadership focusing on agile methodologies to apply to the equipment effectively.

With this master you will acquire all the necessary knowledge included in the framework, which is the “de facto” approach in the context of digital transformation, we will see the differences and their advantages with respect to the traditional approach, and we will see that it is the answer in contexts with uncertainty and high rate of change. Throughout the Master we will build an arsenal of practices, techniques, tools, knowledge, examples and advice to apply to day -to -day problems to manage changes, services, projects and teams of people.

This master's degree is of great interest to those who currently work as project managers, will do so in the future, or participate in project teams. Heads of service and in general responsible for teams of people, who want to adopt all the techniques and knowledge necessary to carry out estimates, planning, work assignment, control of incurred, dependencies, and performance of equipment and projects. With this master's degree, all knowledge to obtain official certifications such as PMP or ACP are also achieved.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
