MF0050-2 course facilities, facilities, services and manufacturing equipment of pharmaceutical and related products

In the field of chemistry, it is necessary to know the different fields of the elaboration of pharmaceutical and related products within the professional area of the pharmochemistry. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge about the facilities, services and manufacturing equipment of pharmaceutical and related products.

- Analyze the operation of heat generating equipment, relating the operating and control parameters with the energy contribution required in the process. - Operate steam boilers to obtain water vapor required in the process. - Use the registration systems of sterilization operations. - Associate the use, production and conditioning of air and other gases for industrial use, with auxiliary production and environmental operations, in the pharmaceutical and related manufacturing processes. - Use the necessary registration systems to guarantee the suitability of the fluids used. - Apply the work system under the norms of correct manufacture, safety and environmental. - Select the response from process anomalies. - Apply corrective actions in emergency situations.

This professional will exercise his activity in pharmaceutical and related companies where he will develop his work in the area of conditioning of pharmaceutical and related forms such as cosmetics, perfumes, dietary products, herbalism, special foods and drugstore.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF0050_2 Formative Module, facilities, services and manufacturing equipment of pharmaceutical and related products, certifying having overcome the different competence units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which it will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of chemistry, within the professional area of the pharmaquímica, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the facilities, services and equipment of manufacture of pharmaceutical and related products, within the pharmaceutical industry.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
