Resumen

Within the world of food industrialists, it is necessary to know the different fields of the manufacture of coffee products and coffee substitutes, within the professional area of diverse foods. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the operations and control of warehouse of gut products and extruded snacks.

Objetivos

- Relate the characteristics of the different types of product to toast with the corresponding raw material, as well as its origin and origin. - Apply the techniques of reception, storage, cleaning and preparation of coffee and raw materials, operating with skill, precision and safety the necessary equipment in order to achieve the optimal performance and the required quality. - Check that the coffee reception and preparation process is carried out in a way that ensures compliance with the final and specific characteristics of the lot. - Perform the tests tests to check the results of the samples taken, during the production process. - Apply the necessary protection measures to guarantee safety during the process of reception and preparation of coffee and raw materials.

Salidas profesionales

It develops its activity in the coffee industry, in small, medium and large companies, with very different organizational levels. It is integrated into a work team with other people of the same or lower level of qualification, where it will develop individual and group tasks on the treatment of raw materials, processed roasted coffee, elaboration of coffees and soluble substitutes. In general, it will depend organically on an intermediate command. In certain cases, in small industries, or in which manual operations still have relevance, can perform operators supervision functions and depend, in their exercise, directly on the production manager.
