MF0987_3 Course Information and Archive Systems Management

The management of company personnel influences the structure and functions of the Human Resources Department and the entire operation of the company being vital for the success of the same. This course aims to provide the student with the necessary knowledge to manage information and archive systems in conventional and computer support.

- Apply conventional and computer file techniques, using the appropriate classification, coding and storage systems to the information and documentation that is managed. - Analyze type document management procedures, determining the intervening elements, guaranteeing the traceability, validity and uniqueness of them, using flow representation systems, through computer management applications - Solve the basic problems and incidents of the computer equipment at the user level achieving an adequate degree of operation. - Design basic and non -complex relational databases, according to daily management objectives, determining the different storage and recovery files of information together with the most appropriate relationships to the type of information they contain. - Analyze the profits of the computer management applications of databases determining the most appropriate formats for the introduction, recovery and presentation of the information quickly and precision, and according to protocols of type organizations. - Automize simple repetitive operations and access to information in the databases, identifying its main execution instructions and accurately using the available computer tools for macros creation. - Analyze the procedures that guarantee the integrity, security, availability and confidentiality of the computer management system.

This course will provide the student with the knowledge necessary to manage the information and file systems in conventional and computer support. This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF0987_3 Management of Information and Archive Systems, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

Aimed at people who want to guide their future work in the management of information and archive systems, or those who want to update their professional knowledge.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
