MF1360-2 Basic Occupational Risk Prevention Course under construction

In the field of the world of construction it is necessary to know the different fields in prevention. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the basic prevention of occupational hazards in construction.

- Identify the activities of safety and health at work the basic regulatory framework that regulates it in the construction sector, valuing the importance that within them presents the measures and techniques of occupational risk and protection prevention, as well as the need for preventive management. - Define general occupational hazards in work environments, as well as prevention systems, specifying the functions that perform occupational risk control and workers' health control. - Differentiate the principles and criteria of action in the first interventions to be carried out in emergency situations in construction and first aid, valuing its importance and consequences. - Identify occupational risks in construction works, arguing the reasons for their frequency and the severity of its consequences, specifying basic prevention criteria and associated protection equipment. - Identify the prescriptions of the health and safety plan of a work for different types of studs, interpreting the measures to be applied from safety and health plans and construction plans. - Assess the importance and need for the use and maintenance of individual protection equipment (EPIS), in different situations, depending on workers operating correctly with them, according to specific criteria.

He develops his professional activity as an autonomous or as a worker on behalf of generally private companies, small, medium or large of natural stone or construction. It develops technical functions, fulfilling orders and achieving objectives set by technicians of a higher level, of which it receives instructions and which it informs.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF1360_2 Basic Prevention of Occupational Risks under construction certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the construction world and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the basic prevention of occupational hazards under construction.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
