MF1558_3 course for biotechnological product quality in process

In the field of chemistry it is necessary to know the different fields of the organization and control of processes and realization of biotechnological services, within the professional area of the chemical process. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to guarantee the quality of the process of obtaining biotechnological products and services.

- Apply the techniques, calculations, and operating modes necessary in obtaining with the proper quality of biotechnological products and services in the environment and/or with sterility requirements - Analyze the quality control systems used in biotechnological processes to develop a quality control program applicable to a concrete biotechnological product and service. - Relate the storage, classification and distribution of materials with the quality of the process of preparing biotechnological products and services. - Relate the tuning of a biotechnological product and service with sample or warehouse operations. - Perform physical, chemical and biological tests to control the quality of finished products by applying the corresponding techniques. - Perform safety and stability tests of intermediate products and the finished product, to control the effectiveness of sterilization methods, antioxidant agents and antimicrobial conservation agents. -Prepare technical reports of production or control of the biotechnological process, including data processing -statistical techniques and graphic representations.

This professional will exercise its activity in biotechnological companies of a public or private nature, where it will develop its work in the area of obtaining products and realization of biotechnological services, both in those sectors where technologies that suppose the use of living organisms or their components are used, this being its main activity, as in those others that are not even their main activity, they can innovate with biotechnological techniques some products and processes.

This formation adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF1558_3 training module. They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of chemistry, within the professional area of the chemical process, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge to guarantee the quality of the process of obtaining biotechnological products and services.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
