In the field of mechanical manufacturing, it is necessary to know the different fields of production management in mechanical manufacturing, within the professional area mechanical production. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for programming techniques and production control in mechanical manufacturing.

- Select the tools, useful and machinery necessary to perform manual machining operations. - Manage the manual, electrical and pneumatic tools used in the mechanization, disassembly and assembly of parts. - Operate deamstically with the devices, useful and tools used in measurement and check tasks. - Operate with soft and electric welding equipment by coated electrode, without a large skill being required. - Identify and characterize the production control models used in mechanical manufacturing, analyzing existing control techniques, production deviations and causes that cause them. - Describe the production data capture process - Identify the causes that cause deviations in production programs - Calculate the variables of a mechanical manufacturing process (production, performance, workload, unproductive times), adopting relevant measures to optimize processes. - Develop the mechanical manufacturing program of a serial product, based on the process, the technical specifications of the product and delivery time - Manage the ways to eliminate bottlenecks and dead times in mechanical manufacture. - Determine the balanced lines techniques, and interpret the corresponding instruction sheets.
