This course makes available to students training in general guidelines, protocol and intervention process in domestic violence or bullying, including the legislation and the established judicial framework.

This course aims to offer basic knowledge and general guidelines for intervention and prevention of bullying and gender violence in educational centers, in the domestic work or domestic violence. In a more concrete way, the following objectives are pursued: - Learn the concept of gender violence. - Identify the different theories and explanatory models of ill -treatment. - Differences The different forms of gender violence and crimes against sexual freedom of women. - Know the current legal framework on gender violence. - Know the different protocols for acting in cases of gender violence.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
