Summary
Currently, we are in a moment, in which many people are or are becoming entrepreneurs, therefore they have as a goal to create their own business or company, where to offer a service. Commercial law has surprising importance for business planning and management, a specialized training in this sector will consent to students to apply the knowledge related to commercial contracts as well as advise the different economic operators, in the constitution, management and operation of the different societies.

The course prepares you to know the basic commercial procedures and requirements of companies, to make commercial contracts, and in general to organize and manage commercial companies, taking into account the particularities presented by the different types of companies.
