Acquire the necessary competences to perform the energy efficiency audit tasks in existing buildings according to the Technical Building Code and as obliges Royal Decree 235/2013 of April 5. Know the steps to perform a calculation of the energy efficiency of a building, as well as the different technical possibilities (architectural facilities and structures) and options to quickly and effectively improve the energy rating of buildings. The high labor demand for energy efficiency management will require professionals prepared in the field.
