Summary

The right to labor equality between women and men is recognized in the Spanish Constitution and in the Workers' Statute. After the publication of Royal Decree 902/2020 of remuneration equality between women and men, the obligation to make a remuneration record in all companies is created. With this course in remuneration equality you will know and acquire the basic knowledge to comply with current regulations, applying the principle of remuneration transparency through the four instruments: the remuneration records, the remuneration audit, the system of valuation of jobs and the right of information of the working people.

Goals

- Address the aspects related to salary equality in the company and the eradication of discrimination due to sex. - Acquire the necessary knowledge to form in remuneration equality. - Know the indicators of the gender wage gap. - Learn to make the remuneration registration and the remuneration audit in the company, following the current regulations.

Who is it addressed

This course in remuneration equality is aimed at management personnel, human resources and labor relations, corporate social responsibility, equality commissions, legal representatives of the company or any other person who, in the workplace, has the responsibility and/or interest in the application of equality and development policies of records and remuneration audits.

Official character

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
