Summary
Solidity is a programming language that keeps certain similarities with JavaScript oriented to intelligent contracts or Smart Contracts and that develops in the Ethereum Virtual Machine (Ethereum virtual machine). Although you can now find various programming languages dedicated to Smart Contracts, Solidity was the first and is one of the most versatile, since it is the language where more intelligent contracts have been developed. It is a language that only runs in Ethereum's blockchain, although it is also compatible with other similar networks such as the Binance Smart Chain.
