UF0589 Course Prevention of Occupational and Environmental Risks for Mechanized by Corte

In the field of mechanical manufacturing, it is necessary to know the different risks and dangers to which working persons are exposed in order to prevent any unwanted incident, thus, the main objective of this course is to facilitate students the necessary knowledge to carry out the different operations in the processes of mechanized by cutting, achieving the quality criteria, in safety conditions and complying with the current regulations in a matter of prevention of occupational hazards and environmental management.

The objectives to be achieved with the realization of this PRL course for machining are the following: - Analyze the prevention and safety measures regarding the actions of the manipulation of the facilities and equipment, contained in the security plans of the companies in the sector. - Apply the security plan analyzing the measures of prevention, security and environmental protection of the company. - Analyze the preventive measures that must be adopted for risk prevention and application of environmental standards in the execution of operations in the machines used in cutting and formed.

After performing this PRL course for machining you can work on the manufacture of tools or as a mechanic, adjuster or modeler-character. Develop your work activity as a machine operator cutting and formed tools. Also become a professional Machine programmer CNC tool in plant and adjusting machine operator tools.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the UF0589 Formative Unit Prevention of Occupational and Environmental Risks for the Mechanized by Cut and Conform. Certifying having overcome the different competition units included. And is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through work experience and non -formal training.

This PRL course for mechanized by cutting and formed is aimed at all those people in the mechanical manufacturing sector who intend to acquire the knowledge related to the different operations in the cutting -machined processes.
