Summary
At present and in all types of organizations, both in the newly created and in those already consolidated in the market, the project management area has acquired great importance from the point of view of the competitive strategy and the long -term objectives of them. Under this premise, project management offices (PMO) arise, the business division responsible for the definition of what and how of projects, programs and portfolios to be implemented, in order to obtain better results, optimize the resources used, as well as the fulfillment of the times established in the execution of the projects. This course provides the necessary knowledge to develop professionally in the project management environment, from the perspective of the PMOS, their foundations, their tools and their different management models.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
