- Know the anatomy and physiology of our body involved in physical activity. - Know the basic physical abilities for training and the factors that influence their development. - Understand the psychomotor learning process to achieve its development. - Perform the training session planning to organize the athlete's improvement process. - Know the basic regulations of the different sports. - Know the possible injuries and risks that athletes may suffer, and how to help a first aid situation. - Know the Aikido. - Acquire aikido as a personal defense, sports and self -improvement. - Acquire the three levels of human body attack. - Know techniques such as ukemis (art of falling) or yin-yang. - Know the art of counterattack.

This Aikido + Sports Coach course (double degree + 5 ECTS credits) will provide the student with the necessary knowledge to develop the functions of a sports coach in the development of the training phases, acquiring the essential techniques of martial art Aikido. This course is accredited by the Antonio de Nebrija University with 5 European University Credits (ECTS).

The Aikido + Sports Coach Course (double degree + 5 ECTS credits) is aimed at all martial arts professionals and sports who wish to continue training or expand their knowledge thanks to the acquisition of the techniques of martial art Aikido in order to perform the work of monitor and sports coach in this environment.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
