Objectives

- Collaborate in the preparation of legal documents related to the economic and business activity of the organization, taking into account compliance with current regulations and instructions received, for presentation to the competent official organizations. - Complete the different models of private contracts in the business field or notarial documents, in accordance with the instructions received and current regulations, using the available computer media, for their presentation and signature. - Keep the legal information required by the activity updated by searching, filtering and compiling the legislation and jurisprudence related to the activity, in accordance with the instructions received or established procedures. - Prepare and present the documentation required by Public Bodies in a timely manner, according to the different civil or judicial administrative procedures, complying with current legislation and defined guidelines. - Organize and control the documentation necessary to participate in the different public procurement and grant granting procedures, according to the bases of the call and the applicable regulations.

This training conforms to the training itinerary of the Training Module MF0988_3 Management of Legal and Business Documentation, certifying that you have passed the different Units of Competence included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the Professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will be eligible to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
