Objectives
- Carry out the procedures and procedures for the commercial formalization and constitution of the road transport company in accordance with current regulations. - Select the usual financial formula and product, comparing different alternatives, to cover the financial needs of different types of companies and road transport operations. - Manage the sale and rental of vehicles, spare parts, fuel or other supplies necessary to carry out the road transport activity. - Calculate the cost per vehicle, kilometer, trip or ton based on the cost structure of a transport company-type, applying fixed or other cost allocation methods. - Assess the profitability of investments of typical road transport companies, using the usual criteria and ratios, calculated from their formulas, with appropriate calculation instruments and computer applications. - Interpret the economic data of items and accounting information from the financial statements and reports of different road transport companies. - Analyze the economic-financial situation of different types of road transport companies, based on the results obtained and the liquidity, solvency and economic efficiency coefficients. - Prepare invoices and receipts, applying the billing and tax rules of road transport activity in different cases of collection and payment of road transport services, as well as the sale and rental of vehicles, spare parts or others. - Formalize the different means of collection and payment in different types of road transport operations. - Carry out the procedures derived from the tax obligations of commercial activity.

He carries out his professional activity, in the public and private spheres, both as an employee and as a self-employed person, organizing and managing the activity of road transport, in transport companies, logistics operators, freight agencies, freight forwarders or other activities related to road transport, in direct contact with the client or through information and communication technologies.

This training conforms to the training itinerary of the Training Module MF2183_3 Economic-financial management of road transport, certifying that you have passed the different Units of Competence included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the Professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will be eligible to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Autonomous Communities, as well as such as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
