In the maritime fishing field, it is necessary to know the different fish and seafood processing fields, within the professional area of fishing and navigation. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to contribute to the basic operations of manipulating and processing fishing and aquaculture products.

Objetivos

The objectives to be achieved with the realization of this fish processing course are the following: - Describe the washing and/or eviscerated operations of the product, so that once the harmful parties of the same are eliminated, it can be classified following the established regulations. - Describe the manipulation and elaboration operations to be carried out in the product, taking into account its characteristics and environmental factors, so that the desired presentation is achieved, complying with the quality regulations and respecting the hygienic-sanitary conditions. - Classify according to the established regulations each part of the fish.
