There are several factors facing women in today's society. Currently, society pursues a new family model called, symmetrical family, in which both spouses share domestic tasks, and look for a job. The truth is that everyday reality continues to persist the unequal cast of tasks. Therefore, factors such as conciliation and co -responsibility are essential to achieve a non -sexist society. With the realization of this course, gender in everyday life, is intended to provide knowledge, multidisciplinary competences, to achieve an egalitarian society, in which there is no discrimination for being a woman.

The gender course in everyday life: conciliation, non -sexist education, gender violence and sexual and work harassment, micromachisms, prepares students to proceed to the acquisition of knowledge, multidisciplinary competencies and the skills required to carry out a correct and successful work within the field of equality, in any professional or private relationship.

This course is aimed at all those who, either for personal reasons as professionals, are interested in acquiring knowledge related to gender ,: conciliation, non -sexist education, gender violence and sexual and work harassment, as well as micromachisms.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
