Summary
With the Master in Human Resources direction, you will acquire the necessary knowledge to be an expert in the HR direction. The management and management of the company's personnel is fundamental in the business structure, being of vital importance for the success of the same. In addition, the labor market demands professionals with knowledge in labor management, capable of exercising labor advisory functions to practice in the business level by carrying out the company's labor management and planning: high and low workers, RLC, RNT, preparation of payrolls and hiring.
