Summary
In the increasingly globalized environment in which companies move, the regulations that have to comply not to incur crimes of any kind are very varied. The regulations that affect the business sector change very quickly and is very extensive, so you have to be updated continuously. Companies demand professionals who ensure the regulatory compliance with the activities they carry out, thus born the figure of the legal control, currently being placed as the essential professional profile. The training acquired with the realization of this master's degree in legal control will help you acquire a differentiated position in the labor market.

The company's legal controller offers a complete and comprehensive vision of the new figures: Complence Officer and DPD, currently booming in all areas of law. Specifically it offers the basic elements that allow those responsible within the company to identify in their daily activity the risk areas, determine the actions to be adopted to avoid responsibilities as well as analyze the measures and mechanisms that the company could implement to minimize risks.

Aimed at managers, intermediate controls, lawyers, legal advisors, business management professionals or employees who wish to expand their professional knowledge in the legal framework that affects the company and specialize as a legal controller.
Official Character
This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
