Master of Permanent Training in Equality Plans: Specialization in Preparation, Registration and Management of Equality Plans in Companies + 60 ECTS credits

This master's degree, in equal plans: Specialization in elaboration, registration and management of equal plans in companies aims to facilitate the students necessary for the elaboration and implementation of plans for equal opportunities in the company and in official organizations, through the application of theoretical-practical knowledge in the professional field. Thus, with this Master it is intended to contribute the necessary knowledge to carry out the elaboration and management of equal plans of the company.

Determine the scope, meaning and objectives of equality policies in European, state and autonomous spheres. Determine the importance of collective bargaining as an instrument for the promotion of equal opportunities. Know the foundations of the Law on Equal Opportunities in which the Equality Plan in the Company must be founded. Explain each of the instruments that take part in the information collection process for the elaboration of the Equality Plan to provide students with the knowledge, competences and aptitudes necessary for the design and development of training programs in gender equality. Contextualize equality in the national regulatory framework, highlighting the social measures adopted in relation to gender equality and opportunities in all social fields in general and concrete guidelines in the management and organization of human groups in particular.

Through the realization of this Master, students will acquire the necessary knowledge that will subsequently allow them to exercise as a professional in the field of gender equality: developing equality plans for company and public bodies, working as responsible for equality in public companies and organizations or as a specialized consultant in advice to companies, human resources departments, personnel delegates, etc.

This Master, Equality Plans: Specialization in Preparation, Registration and Management of Equality Plans in Companies is aimed at business professionals, responsible for carrying out the equality plans of a company, and all those interested in acquiring training related to equality plans.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
