MF0281-2 course Bird production for reproduction and obtaining meats and eggs

In the agrarian field, it is necessary to know the different fields of intensive poultry production, within the professional area of livestock. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the production of birds for reproduction and obtaining meats and eggs.

- Describe the operations to be carried out in the ships prior to the reception of animals. - Perform the reception and management tasks properly (breeders, breeding animals, rereading, bait and layers). - Perform the management tasks of fertilized eggs. - Manage the incubator, nacredora and expedition room to maximize the number of viable births. - Properly perform the management tasks of the eggs destined for consumption from the set to the classification center. - Detect possible alterations of the health of birds by observing signs, symptoms of disease and applying healing treatments prescribed by the veterinarian. - Organize the actions of the preventive health program of the exploitation and the correct state of storage and conservation of medicines through registration systems. - Rigorous apply the basic criteria of biosafety and codes of good practices in poultry farms.

It develops its professional activity in the area or department of production of large, medium and small businesses, both on their own and on their own, that respond to the following typology: agricultural farms, poultry farms of meat production, poultry farms of egg production, livestock services, livestock service, genetics marketing, feed, medications, materials related to this type of production, autonomous in poultry cunicles, workers or in charge of farms and companies of poultry production, cooperative societies and agricultural transformation societies (SAT).

This formation is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF0281_2 production module for reproduction and obtaining meats and eggs, certifying having exceeded the different units of competition included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which it will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the world of agrarian, specifically in intensive poultry production, within the professional area of livestock, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the production of birds for reproduction and obtaining meat and eggs.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
