MF0483_2: Printing with digital devices

At present, in the world of graphic arts, it is very important to know the different types of printing with digital devices. Therefore, with this course it is about providing the necessary knowledge for the preparation, adjustment, realization of digital printing, as well as the maintenance, safety and treatment of waste.

- Prepare and verify the printing support to feed the printing machine, so that continuity is guaranteed. - Prepare the visualizing elements: inks, toner and corrective additives, to obtain the tones and other physicochemical characteristics according to the specifications, samples and supports that will be printed. - Adjust equipment and regulate the implementation mechanisms and correct operation for printing, through its synchronization and adjustment, in accordance with the technical orders, the work to be done and the materials to be used. - Perform digital impression to obtain the printed product, according to the established specifications. - Supervise the printing process to guarantee the uniformity of the roll through self -control. - Complete the production parts for the confirmation of the work done with data of incidents, quality and productivity. - Perform preventive maintenance and cleaning for the proper functioning of the machine, following the established norms on safety and environment. - Apply the risk prevention plan and environmental protection in the digital printing process to guarantee security, in accordance with current regulations.

In graphic, communication and design arts companies, large, medium and small, in digital printing departments. The activity is developed on its own or others.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF0483_2 impression with digital devices certifying having exceeded the different competition units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at all those who dedicate themselves to the world of graphic arts, more specifically to digital printing and intend to obtain knowledge related to the preparation, shots and realization of digital printing and maintenance, safety and treatment of waste in digital printing.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
