MF1131-3 Course and Control of the Collection and Conservation of Agricultural Products

In the agrarian field, it is necessary to know the different fields of agricultural production management, within the professional agriculture area. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the programming and control of the collection and conservation of agricultural products.

- Organize and control the collection and use work, with the appropriate means to the characteristics of the crops, taking into account their degree of maturity and the weather conditions, to achieve optimal performance of them. - Organize the load operations and transport of the harvest, according to the characteristics of the crop, avoiding the deterioration of the production and optimizing the technical means available. - Manage the storage and conservation of the harvest for later use or marketing, optimizing the spaces, verifying the input-output flows and the technical specifications of manipulation and conservation. - Coordinate and control the necessary human resources in the harvest, storage and conservation of agricultural products, depending on the objectives and activities established to optimize such resources.

It develops its professional activity in the area of agricultural production management of large, medium and small public or private companies, both on their own and on their own. It is also trained to organize, control and perform pesticide treatments according to the activity regulated by current regulations.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF1131_3 training module and control of the collection and conservation of agricultural products certifying having overcome the different competition units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which it will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of agricultural services, specifically in the management of agricultural production, within the professional agriculture area, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the programming and control of the collection and conservation of agricultural products.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
