MF1467-2 Course Attention to Users and Client Relationships

At present, in the world of transport and maintenance of vehicles and within the professional area of driving vehicles by road, more specifically in the professional driving of vehicles cars and vans, it is very important to know the different processes for which they are carried out. Therefore, with this course it is about providing the necessary knowledge to know the attention to users and customer relationships.

- Describe driver's behaviors in user service to guarantee their safety and contribute to comfort, satisfaction and proper functioning of the service. - Apply behavioral guidelines and positive attitudes in the general process of attention and information to the user in the collection of suggestions, complaints and claims following the procedures established to resolve the possible incidents raised. - Apply information and communication techniques in commercial relationships with customers, either in direct contact or through different communication systems, selecting the most appropriate for each situation.

It exercises its professional activity as a driver, autonomous or salaried, in companies of any size, public and private, that provide traveler or merchandise transport services, in cars with capacity not exceeding nine seats or vans up to 3,500 kilos, respectively. In the development of professional activity, universal accessibility principles are applied in accordance with current legislation.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF1467_2 -Attention to Users and Client Relationships, certifying having overcome the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at all those who develop their professional activity in the world of vehicle transport and maintenance, within the professional area of driving vehicles by road, and more specifically in the professional driving of vehicles cars and vans, and in general, any person who wishes to expand and/or update their knowledge in user care and customer relations.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
