The main objectives, among others, of the course pack for English teachers are: - Know the regulatory framework on Education. - Correctly manage all the resources of the educational center. - Organize both teachers and students. - Know the school environment in today's society. - Apply direction in educational centers. -Introduce coaching as an alternative that modifies the student's personal lifestyle, offering a path to improving the quality of life. -Acquire the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for the theoretical and practical development of the basic principles of educational coaching. -Promote personal development derived from implementing a coaching culture. - Know the concept of organization and apply it to the School Organization of educational centers. - Know what organizational theories can be found in educational centers, perspectives or paradigms in organization. - Apply in the educational center the structure of the educational system established by current legislation. - Know the metaphors and models of the educational center. - Prepare an Educational Project taking into account the characteristics of the educational center and the context in which it is involved. - Delve into the elements that are part of the school organization such as management, teachers, students, school space and time. - Know what the educational inspection consists of and how the evaluation of schools is carried out.
