Among the main objectives of the course pack for physical education teachers, we can distinguish: - Provide different tools for the development of leisure and free time activities: socio-cultural, sports and outdoor activities taking into account the environment in which they are projected, urban and in nature. - Know the methodology that underlies the planning and application of the different activities to be programmed, working especially on the definition of specific objectives, the coordination and organization of work and the supervision of activities. - Know the functions and main characteristics that define the profile of the leisure and free time monitor and recognize the influence of leisure and free time activities in the educational field. - Establish an approach to the minimum content on sports health. - Know and recognize the importance of massage in sports health. - Verify and classify the different types of bandage based on their characteristics. - Recognize the importance of good nutrition when practicing sports. - Know the most frequent injuries and their treatments.
