This course in community mediation offers you a specialized training in the field. At present, in the world of sociocultural services and the community and within the professional social area, more specifically in community mediation it is very important to know the different processes. Therefore, with this course it is about providing the necessary knowledge to know the social contexts of community intervention, conflict prevention, conflict management and mediation processes, the valuation, monitoring and dissemination of mediation actions and the impulses of equal opportunities between women and men.

- Identify and specify the characteristics and needs of the social context of the intervention. - Prevent conflicts between different people, actors and social groups. - Organize and implement the conflict management process. - Perform assessment, monitoring and dissemination of mediation as a conflict management route. - Incorporate the gender perspective in social intervention projects. - Make an approach to the reality of cultural diversity. - Describe the key concepts involved in mediation processes. - Present reality the conflict and its resolution in the school environment for cultural reasons. - Describe the reality of intercultural mediation in the school environment and its procedural nature. - Present the figure of the mediator and its competences.

This course in Community Mediation is aimed at all those teachers of Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education professors, psychologists, pedagogues, psychopedagogues, etc. And, in general, any university degree interested in performing their professional work in the teaching field. Education professionals interested in quality training that allows them to deal with the changing reality of the classrooms and the new competences that are required for the exercise of their profession.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
