Summary

The main objective of this course is to facilitate the students necessary for the elaboration and implementation of plans for equal opportunities in the company and in official organizations, through the application of theoretical-practical knowledge in the professional field.

Goals

- Analyze the human rights of women through the different international conferences made throughout history. - Determine the scope, meaning and objectives of equality policies in European, state and autonomous spheres. - Determine the importance of collective bargaining as an instrument for the promotion of equal opportunities. - Know the foundations of the Law on Equal Opportunities in which the Equality Plan in the Company must be founded. - Explain each of the instruments that take part in the process of collection of information for the elaboration of the Equality Plan. - Provide students with the knowledge, competences and skills necessary for the design and development of gender equality training programs. - Contextualize equality in the national regulatory framework, highlighting the social measures adopted in relation to gender equality and opportunities in all social spheres in general and concrete guidelines in the management and organization of human groups in particular.

Professional exits

Exercise as an expert in equality in private companies managing the Equality Plan. Create a consultant in equality and conciliation. Opt a place of administration, political parties, social services, etc.
