- Promote personal autonomy for the socio-occupational insertion of people with disabilities through skills training. - Promote social skills based on the user to achieve socio-labor insertion. - Train the work skills that the user needs to achieve job insertion and maintenance. - Support and stimulate communication with users using, if necessary, - Intervene in situations that may cause alterations in the behavior of the user who requires it to promote their adaptation in the work environment, under the supervision of the competent professional, if necessary. - Provide all the knowledge related to the professional profile of the career guidance technician, from an approach to the reference legislation and placing his figure at the heart of the labor market, describe the broad lines that determine his identity and outline the principles and areas of his guidance intervention. - Facilitate the tools for the application of work environment analysis methods and the evaluation of the user's potential, aspirations and personal needs. - Present the guidelines for the design of training and work itineraries adapted to the specific characteristics of the user and in accordance with the opportunities offered by the context.
