In the field of administration and management, it is necessary to know the different fields of address assistance, within the professional area Information and communication management. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to manage the information and communications, internal and external, related to those responsible and organs of the management using, if necessary, the English language and/or other foreign language, maintaining the own archive of the Secretary of Directorate, as well as attending the address in the development and execution of the organization activities delegated by the same, with global vision and pro-activity established.

- Analyze the information contained in spreadsheets identifying the most appropriate results and form of presentation, through graphics, accurately using the right formulas, functions or other tools to achieve them. - Identify the different types of data that can contain the spreadsheets such as signs, values, formulas, dates and hours. - Identify the different types of functions available, their typology and syntax such as mathematics, predefined, nested, payment, logic, statistics and arithmetic. - Automate the capture of information from another application through the appropriate computer applications. - Obtain data from consultations or external sources, in your case the necessary web queries. - Create tables to obtain the most understandable presentation of the information. - Redefine dynamic tables recognizing its structure, ordering and filtering the information according to the established restriction criteria.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the Formative Unit UF0328 Organization and operations with spreadsheets and techniques of graphic representation of documents, certifying having overcome the different competence units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of administration and management, specifically in assistance to the management, within the professional area Information and communication management, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the organization and operations with spreadsheets and techniques of graphic representation of documents.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
