This postgraduate course in Training and Pilates personnel prepares the students to be able to carry out a specific training to each individual and provide the necessary training to exercise as a monitor of Pilates, obtaining the theoretical and practical training to satisfactorily supervise the needs of the different aesthetic, sports and health objectives of the students.
