Summary
The application of the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) has been an important change in the policy of data processing and information for responsible for treatment, which must adapt the treatments to the provisions of the aforementioned regulation. In addition, at the application of the GDPR, the publication of Organic Law 3/2018 on data protection and guarantee of digital rights that updates the legal provisions in data protection and introduces new digital rights of both individuals and employees has led to employees. With the upper university course in data protection and digital rights will obtain extensive training in the digital legal environment, combining the regulation in force in data protection together with a digital law specialization that has come to regulate the LOPDGDD.

After a great rise of data protection with the entry into force of the LOPDGDD 3/2018, of December 5, of personal data protection and rights guarantee, the upper university course in data protection and digital rights prepares students for the full and current data protection of data combined with the exercise of digital rights. Our program can be used by both digital users who wish to expand their knowledge in digital law and for protection delegates, and professional of the data protection sector that wish to expand their knowledge of the web environment. When dealing with data protection delegates, responsible or in charge of data processing or other professionals in the sector, they may obtain a specific and novel preparation of digital rights, such as technical-practical extension in the data protection regulations

Official Character
This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
