What it prepares you for

The course prepares you to be able to instruct and teach the different techniques of yoga, in addition to becoming aware of the importance of each of the body elements to achieve physical and mental well-being, as well as to learn and apply relaxation and exercise techniques during a yoga class. The student receives therapeutic, preventive and mental preparation. In addition, obtain the QUALIFICATION OF TRAINER OF TRAINERS, which accredits you to be a teacher of training actions belonging to the FIP plan (Professional Occupational Training), as well as other official plans such as continuing training (FORCEM), Forintel, trade houses, workshop schools, etc...

This course is aimed at all those Early Childhood Education Teachers, Primary Education, Secondary Education Teachers, Psychologists, Pedagogues, Psychopedagogues, etc. and, in general, any University Graduate interested in carrying out their professional work in the teaching field. Education professionals interested in Quality Training that allows them to face the changing reality of the classroom and the new skills required to practice their profession.

Double Qualification: - Yoga Instructor Qualification issued by EDUSPORT and Accredited by the SPANISH FITNESS FEDERATION (FEF) to which you will be able to access as a Federated Member receiving the corresponding Professional Yoga Instructor Card. Furthermore, once the training is completed, the student will become part of the Spanish Registry of Exercise Professionals (ESREPs) that includes exercise professionals, establishing a QUALITY STANDARD and a PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATION to guarantee safe and effective advice to clients using fitness facilities by QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS. The Spanish Fitness Federation only accredits content related to physical activity; any mention of technical-tactical aspects is outside its powers and accreditation. - University Degree in Trainer of Trainers from the ANTONIO DE NEBRIJA UNIVERSITY with 5 ECTS University Credits. Course counted as merits for competitive examinations for access to the public teaching function in all CCs. AA., according to R.D. 276/2007 of February 23 (BOE 2/3/2007). This is carried out within the permanent training plan for teachers of the Antonio de Nebrija University.
