Summary
This course in advanced methodologies for planning and improvement offers you a specialized training in the field. The strategic planning process allows the definition of the strategy and includes as a fundamental element an external and internal analysis, which will result in what is known as DAFO analysis. A magnificent tool to carry out internal analysis is EFQM self -assessment. The EFQM model of excellence is a set of criteria that collect good practices for the management of excellent organizations. The Comprehensive Command Table (Balance Scorecard) is a strategic management model that helps organizations to deploy their strategy and monitor and improve it. The deployment of the strategy is materialized in strategic objectives, indicators, goals and initiatives. Those initiatives that have a lot of data, require a statistical analysis and have a great impact on business results, can be addressed with the Six Sigma methodology, known as DMAIC (defining, measuring, analyzing, improving and controlling).
