Course in ophthalmological urgencies (university degree + 8 ECTS credits)

This course in ophthalmological emergencies will provide you with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively manage emergency situations in the field of ophthalmology. The course covers a wide variety of issues, from the management of traumatic eye injuries and acute vision disorders to emergency care related to eye diseases. You will deepen rapid evaluation and diagnosis techniques, as well as on appropriate procedures and treatments for each ophthalmological emergency situation. In addition, it will emphasize the importance of effective communication with the patient and with the health professionals who intervene and interdisciplinary collaboration.
