This Superior Course in Telecare Service Management UNE 158401: 2007 provides the student with the necessary competences to develop at all professional levels required by a telecare care center as responsible for the Center for Care, Coordinator, Operator/A or Teleoperator, Telecare Supervisor or Official of the Mobile Unit. These professionals are responsible for receiving the call, processing the information, establishing and managing the appropriate response based on the priority and type of demand, as well as monitoring and coordination between the different institutions intervening in emergency management, under the supervision of the sectoral technical coordinator itself or supervisor.
