- Carry out repopulation and maintenance operations of continental aquaculture populations, following the procedures and applying the appropriate techniques depending on the species and the place of release. - Carry out activities to monitor the river and lake environment and provide advice and information to its users, taking into account the orderly use of resources. - Apply conservation and improvement techniques to the alveo or channel following the appropriate methods according to the characteristics of the section of river or continental water mass. - Apply techniques for the conservation and improvement of banks and facilities located on them, following the most appropriate methods for the characteristics of the section of river or continental water mass and its use.
He develops his professional activity in companies of any size, public or private, both employed and self-employed, dedicated to the management of continental aquaculture habitat and game species, as well as the management of hunting and fishing reserves, repopulation and organization, support and guidance work for this type of hunting-fish farming activities, depending, where appropriate, functionally and hierarchically on a superior and may be in charge of lower-level personnel.
This training is in accordance with the training itinerary of the Training Module MF1473_2 Repopulation of Continental Aquaculture Species and Conservation and Improvement of their Habitat, certifying having passed the different Units of Competence included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, a route through which you will opt to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls that are published by the different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
